Abstract

The rapid development of computer intelligence technology provides new ideas for the optimization of maritime communication networks. Aiming at the problems of difficult dynamic allocation of spectrum resources and insufficient capacity of multiuser access in marine scenarios, the research proposes a joint optimization of maritime communication network combining cognitive radio and non-orthogonal multiple access technology, which utilizes the sparrow search algorithm to optimize the allocation method of spectrum resources and multiplexes the sub-user communication to the same sub-channel to improve the throughput capacity. The network optimizes the spectrum resource allocation method using the sparrow search algorithm and multiplexes the sub-user communications in the same sub-channel to enhance the throughput capacity. In simulation tests, the proposed network has an average access fairness of 38.7, a weighted achievable rate of 0.88 bit/s, and a computational complexity of 1200, which significantly outperforms the comparison network in terms of performance. The experimental results show that the network significantly improves the spectrum efficiency and user fairness, and it is expected that it can alleviate the resource constraints of the maritime communication network and provide a new technical path for building an intelligent and efficient maritime communication network.
