Research on the effect of complex ventilation system in underground space based on the combination of network with CFD
Abstract
In deep underground spaces, it is difficult to operate of the ventilation system to achieve the design effect. This paper proposes a method that combines one-dimensional network analysis and CFD numerical simulation to verify and optimize existing ventilation scheme, in order to solve the problem of multiple internal heat sources and mutual influence of ventilation ducts. The actual project of a deep underground power station is taken as an example. The distribution of ventilation in each area is obtained through network calculations, and then it is used as boundary conditions to simulate the detailed temperature field of some areas. The ventilation system is optimized to achieve safe operation effects. Research shows that it is difficult to ensure the ventilation effect when designing a ventilation scheme based on internal heat sources alone. Combining network analysis and CFD simulation can check the ventilation scheme and make simpler optimizations. This research would provide support for ensuring ventilation effect and safe operation of deep underground spaces.
