Abstract

Against the backdrop of gradually opening integrated airspace, the continuous advancement of radar control technology and positioning navigation equipment has increasingly made human factors a significant determinant of aircraft flight safety. To enhance the reliability of route collision risk assessment results, this study incorporates human reliability factors under the integrated airspace control command system into the EVENT model, building upon the traditional Reich collision model framework, to evaluate collision risks. Simulating actual en route flight scenarios, collision risk assessment simulations were conducted to derive collision risk evaluation results for integrated airspace en route operations that account for human reliability factors.
