Abstract

ABSTRACT We report the draft genome sequence of Scenedesmus bijugus var. obtusiusculus AT-UAM, a CO 2 -tolerant and lipid-producing microalga isolated from Cuatro Ciénegas, México. The strain shows potential for biotechnological applications due to its adaptability and high lipid accumulation.
