93 Qualitative Analysis of the Impact of an Allied Health Band 6 Preceptorship Programme at Great Ormond Street Hospital

Preceptorship is a structured period of support and development which should be offered across key career transitions (NHSE 2024 and HCPC 2023). In 2022 we launched an Allied Health band 6 development programme to support the transition of band 6s who were new to role, developing as a band 6, or working towards band 7.
