Abstract

Takayasu arteritis (TAK) remains a therapeutic challenge, and some patients develop refractory disease despite conventional immunosuppression and established biologics.1 2 We report here the data from the BIOTAK registry of multicentre experience with Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors in 20 patients with refractory TAK, demonstrating promising efficacy and acceptable safety profiles.
