Abstract

This paper addresses the technical bottlenecks in traditional intelligent oxygen supply systems regarding data security, privacy protection, and real-time performance. By integrating wireless sensor networks with privacy protection technologies, it proposes a quantum aggregation signature scheme tailored for intelligent oxygen supply systems. For communication security, the solution establishes a quantum-classical hybrid encryption mechanism. It adopts three-party keys (sender, signer, arbitrator) for joint encryption and fragmented transmission of blinded information, greatly enhancing the communication link’s concealment and attack resistance. Building on the standard obfuscation process, the solution further optimizes the hash-based identity authentication mechanism to ensure the trustworthiness of command origins and effectively prevent forgery attacks. The solution guarantees the integrity and tamper-proofing of treatment instructions and physiological data transmission, fends off malicious manipulation and data leakage risks, and supports personalized oxygen therapy for diverse user groups. Furthermore, integrating quantum entanglement exchange with quantum homomorphic aggregation signature technology boosts system processing efficiency and reduces communication/storage overhead. Analysis indicates that this solution possesses provable security and is capable of meeting the core security requirements of intelligent oxygen supply systems, thereby providing a viable technical pathway for the realization of next-generation intelligent medical systems.
