On image formulas for the product of polynomials and the Yang Y-function via the BA-transform

This study introduces novel image formulas involving the product of a polynomial family and the Yang Y-function using the BA transform, which are useful in analytical techniques such as the evaluation of integrals and the solution of differential and fractional differential equations, with potential applications in mathematical physics and related fields. Furthermore, image relations are developed for several theoretically interesting specific cases of the Y-function. The acquired results were of a generic nature. By assigning specific values to the parameters, numerous known identities from the literature were retrieved, and several new identities were derived as special instances of the primary formulas.
