Abstract

Anticipated changes in the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) sixth edition will affect evaluation of regional lymph nodes, which should be assessed systematically by location and evaluated with a focus on morphology, with suspicious features including round shape, cortical thickening, and loss of the fatty hilum.
