Abstract

MRI and fluorine 18 fluorodeoxyglucose PET/CT play a pivotal role in the detection and early diagnosis of neurolymphomatosis, comprehensive assessment of disease extent, guidance of targeted fascicular nerve biopsy when indicated, and optimization of both therapeutic management and monitoring of treatment response.
