Sensitive Determination of Dihydromyricetin Using Cubic Ia3d Mesoporous Carbon/Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotube Nanocomposites Modified Electrode
Abstract
Dihydromyricetin is a flavonoid compound primarily found in Ampelopsis grossedentata , exhibiting significant medicinal value and economic benefits. This study developed Cubic Ia3d structured mesoporous carbon (CMK) / multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanocomposites via a convenient method and characterized them with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and other techniques. An electrochemical sensor was developed by modifying CMK/MWCNTs nanocomposites onto a glassy carbon electrode, enabling sensitive detection of dihydromyricetin. Under optimal conditions (0.2 M PBS, pH 7.0), the sensor demonstrated excellent performance, with a linear detection range of 0.09–80 μM and a detection limit (signal-to-noise ratio S/N = 3) of 0.028 μM. This sensor can be applied to detect dihydromyricetin in tea leaves prepared from Ampelopsis grossedentata . Additionally, the sensor exhibits strong resistance to interference, excellent stability, and good reproducibility.
