Abstract

Ca2+ imaging was performed on the 2DTM assay with tumor cells stained with Rhod-2AM Ca2+ sensor and visualized using live-cell confocal microscopy. Treatment with the PKC activator (TPPB, 1 μM) resulted in a marked reduction of global Ca2+ activity across the tumor cell network compared to the DMSO control
