Abstract

Supplemental Table 1: Melanoma cell lines with Q61 and G13 NRAS mutations are sensitive to RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibition in vitro. RMC-7977 potently inhibited the growth of the mouse OSUMMER 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 11, 12 and 13 cells, SW1 and IPC298 cells with a similar potency.
