Abstract

Supplemental Figure 2: RMC-7977 leads to rapid anti-tumor responses associated with an inhibition of MAPK signaling, a decrease in proliferation, and an upregulation of MHC-I, MHC-II and PD-L1 expression in NRAS-mutant melanoma. (A) Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of SW1 tumors stained for pERK and Ki67 in control and responder (collected after 3 days of treatment) groups. Scale bars = 200 μm. Treatment with RMC-7977 was associated with decreased expression of phospho-ERK and Ki67. (B) IHC and flow cytometry analysis of SW1 tumors in control and responder groups. Treatment with RMC-7977 was associated with upregulation of MHC-I, MHC-II and PD-L1. Scale bars = 200 μm. The graphs are represented as average ± SEM.
