Abstract

Chemotherapy effectively reduces CNA burden in patients with pNT. A, Log10 of TFx values in 16 paired ctDNA samples collected before and after chemotherapy from the same patients. Boxes indicate the median (horizontal line), 25th percentile, and 75th percentile; whiskers indicate distances from the largest and smallest value to each end of the box that are within 1.5 × box length. Values were compared with the Wilcoxon test. ****, P < 0.0001. B, Representative genome-wide copy-number variation in patients with pNT before (top) and after (bottom) chemotherapy.
