Abstract

This file contains the COMSOL Multiphysics model used to generate all electromagnetic and electronic simulations presented in the paper “A deterministic approach for integrating an emitter in a nanocavity with subwavelength light confinement.” The model includes the bowtie nanocavity geometry, material parameters, and the Schrödinger‑solver setup used to calculate the buried heterostructure (BH) electronic states, field distributions, effective mode volumes, and coupling‑strength trends. The uploaded file allows reproducing the simulation results in the paper by running simulations for the therein specified geometries. From the simulation result, one can extract the mode volumes and coupling strengths.
