Abstract

Four new fern species of Lepisorus sect. Pseudovittaria (Polypodiaceae) are described and illustrated from China based on morphological differences and chromosome data. These four species include L. jinganensis, L. lepidotus, L. maolanensis, and L. subcontortus. In addition, the morphological variation and distribution range of L. confluens are discussed.
