Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the thoughtful letter by Shanmugam Prema and Shanmugampre, which engages critically and constructively with our recent policy audit on breastfeeding support and protection during natural disasters and climate-related emergencies in Indonesia (Pramono et al., 2025).
