Research on ride comfort of complex vehicle model under non-stationary conditions
Abstract
A B S T R A C TAiming at the problems of low model accuracy and low solving efficiency in current research on non-stationary stochastic vibration of vehicles, a new technology based on finite element model (FEM), transient power spectral density (PSD) method, and spatial domain pseudo excitation method (PEM) is proposed. The transient PSD method is summarized. The spatial domain PEM is derived, and the detail steps for solving the vehicle FEM under non-stationary conditions are provided. Taking a simple car spatial model as the research object, a comparison is made between the new method and the traditional method. The simulation results are in full accord, proving the validity of the new method. At the same time, through the simulation process, it shows that the new method does not require the derivation of complex mathematical formulas and the use of the harmonic response analysis module of general finite element software for solution, which is efficient. Finally, the ride comfort simulation of a complex car FEM is conducted under non-stationary conditions. Therefore, the new method can not only solve the accuracy problem of the model, but also solve the problem of resolution efficiency.
