Abstract

Paragangliomas are rare extra-adrenal neuroendocrine tumors that can occasionally present with catecholamine-related symptoms and pose significant surgical challenges due to their location and vascular proximity. We report the successful robotic excision of a large functional interaortocaval paraganglioma, emphasizing the role of minimally invasive surgery in managing complex retroperitoneal tumors.
