Abstract

mutation. Immunohistochemical staining analysis eventually confirmed ECD-LCH overlap syndrome. Symptomatic treatment was initiated, and follow-up showed stable clinical symptoms. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case worldwide of adult ECD-LCH overlap syndrome with pericardial involvement.
