Abstract

Extract People with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can experience a complex and challenging journey through healthcare services due to the chronic and progressive nature of the disease and frequent interactions with various healthcare providers [1]. They frequently manage pulmonary and extra-pulmonary manifestations, making it essential to assess their satisfaction with symptom control and management strategies [2]. Hence, understanding patients’ experiences with healthcare services is crucial.
