Abstract

Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a potential complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT). Skin is the most common organ involved in acute or chronic GVHD. A rapid progression from rash to cutaneous blisters is a rare finding (Okorie et al., 2024). This case report highlights the significance of reviewing atypical presentations of GVHD to help mitigate symptom burden.
