Abstract

In a real-world study, the Colorectal Cancer Alliance’s Clinical Navigation Program delivered personalized support to patients with CRC facing complex care pathways (Abstract 36). Patients in the program received improved access to biomarker testing, clinical trial education, and second-opinion support; the program also demonstrated engagement with and empowerment of a more diverse patient population.
