Combination Chemotherapy, Bevacizumab, Atezolizumab Prolongs PFS Over Atezolizumab Alone in dMMR/MSI-H mCRC
Abstract
The combination of FOLFOX chemotherapy, bevacizumab, and atezolizumab yields significantly improved progression-free survival and response rates over atezolizumab monotherapy in patients with previously untreated deficient DNA mismatch repair or microsatellite instability–high metastatic colorectal cancer, according to new results from the phase 3 COMMIT study (Abstract 14).
