Novel CAR-Like T-Cell Therapy Added to First-Line Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Improves Outcomes in Metastatic GC/GEJC
Abstract
Adding CAR-like T-cell therapy, a novel method, to first-line chemotherapy and PD-1 blockade yields improved clinical outcomes in patients with previously untreated metastatic gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, per the results of a phase 2 trial conducted in China (Abstract 291).
