Abstract

Two novel KRAS-targeted treatments—an inhibitor and a degrader—demonstrated manageable safety profiles and promising efficacy in early-phase studies of patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and KRASG12D mutations. The studies both suggest that the new agents—INCB161734 (Abstract 654) and setidegrasib (Abstract 704)—might be effectively used either as monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy regimens.
