Abstract

The INAVO-120 trial established a new standard of care for patients with PIK3CA-mutated, hormone receptor–positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer. The combination of inavolisib, palbociclib, and fulvestrant has shown overall survival and progression-free benefits in endocrine-resistant metastatic breast cancer.
