Abstract

A new analysis from the PSMAddition trial suggest that, over time, patients with mHSPC who receive 177Lu-PSMA-617 plus androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) generally experience similar health-related quality of life compared with patients who receive ADT with an ARPI alone (Abstract 18). The current findings hold potential value in evaluating the future use of 177Lu-PSMA-617 for hormone-sensitive disease, as the drug is not currently indicated for anything other than metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
