Perioperative Enfortumab Vedotin + Pembrolizumab Improves Clinical Outcomes, DFS Compared With Surgery Alone in MIBC
Abstract
A follow-up study of the phase 3 KEYNOTE-905/EV-303 trial shows, for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who are ineligible for cisplatin, the combination of enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab and surgery is associated with higher rates of pathologic complete response, pathologic downstaging, and disease-free survival than surgery alone (Abstract 638).
