Combination Enzalutamide and Radium-223 Extends OS in Bone-Dominant mCRPC in Phase 3 Trial
Abstract
The addition of radium-223 to enzalutamide significantly improves OS in patients with bone-dominant mCRPC over enzalutamide alone, with an acceptable toxicity profile, according to results from the EORTC-1333/PEACE-3 trial (Abstract 15). Median OS was 38.2 months with enzalutamide plus radium-223 compared with 32.6 months with enzalutamide alone.
