Abstract

The phase 3 KEYNOTE-B15 study demonstrated that the combination of enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab before and after radical cystectomy yields significantly improved outcomes over gemcitabine plus cisplatin followed by cystectomy in patients with MIBC (LBA630). This is the first study to show an improvement in outcomes with a non-platinum chemotherapy regimen in direct comparison to a platinum-based chemotherapy regimen in this patient population.
