Abstract

A branch of artificial intelligence, known as “Generative AI”, aims to create new kinds of data or material, such as images, words, music, and so forth. In contrast to typical AI models, which are utilized for specific tasks such as classification or forecasting, generative AI models focus on innovation and the creation of novel data. AI has a lengthy and turbulent history of breakthroughs and failures, beginning in the 1950s.A significant area of artificial intelligence, machine learning, saw a boom in the 2010s, driven by ever-increasing “big” data stocks and computing power. This led to fascinating advancements in a variety of fields, including game play, robotic vehicles, and machine translation. Following these triumphs, AI garnered increasing interest, discourse, and implementation across multiple fields, including marketing. This chapter explores the uses of AI tools in marketing and discusses the different aspects of AI, in terms of how it affects customer insights, content production, personalization, advertising, and automation, among other areas.
