Abstract

Sustainable nanomaterials are advanced materials developed at the nanoscale level with a focus on minimizing environmental impacts and promoting eco-friendly behaviors. These materials include bio-based nanocomposites, biodegradable polymers, and nanostructured catalysts. They are increasingly used in several sectors, including renewable energy, water purification, green catalysis, and biodegradable packaging. The findings of this chapter might help researchers improve the sustainability, durability, and performance of sustainable nanomaterials, thus opening the path for technologically sensitive developments.
