Next-gen agriculture
Abstract
An investigation of 5G technology and present-day innovations will solve agricultural difficulties, together with sustainability in place, as explained in this chapter. 5G technology combined with aerial imagery and artificial intelligence and IoT and machine learning functions can transform agricultural operations by managing remote areas and marginal land and sloping terrain. This research indicates that extra network infrastructure establishes intelligent water management systems as well as better crop market forecasts and economical fertilizer distribution for farming operations. Business stakeholders using these technologies will meet the food demand worldwide through sustainable agriculture methods, leading to higher yield rates. Through practical implementations and projected applications of technology, the chapter showcases how these systems will maintain worldwide effects across the entire agricultural production processes.
