Abstract

A revolutionary development in the field of smart manufacturing is the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) into robotics systems. This is in response to the growing demand for automation, accuracy, and flexibility in the manufacturing environment. To improve productivity, decrease downtime, and facilitate real-time decision-making in dynamic industrial situations, this work investigates the design and implementation of an AIoT-driven robots’ system. The major goal is to use artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and Internet of Things (IoT) technology to build an intelligent, interconnected robotic network that can operate autonomously and perform predictive maintenance. Adaptive manufacturing workflows are made possible by this approach&s;s innovative integration of Edge AI processing, sensor-driven data collection, and cloud-based analytics. The system uses low-latency communication protocols for synchronized robotic coordination, digital twin simulations for process optimization, and machine learning (ML) algorithms for anomaly detection. Results show significant gains in operational effectiveness, adaptability, and responsiveness, establishing AIoT-driven robotics as a key facilitator of Industry 5.0.
