Abstract

Genome mapping is playing a vital role in advancing medical studies, evolutionary biology, and personalized medicinal drug. However, processing big and complex genomic statistics stays a sizeable undertaking. This chapter introduces a new method for genome mapping by way of using a multi-objective evolutionary set of rules incorporated with Whale optimization technique. This proposed techniques enhances computational performance and accuracy by way of evolutionary optimization to address multi-objective problem, which includes minimizing computation time at the same time as maximizing mapping precision. The algorithm is evaluated the usage of actual-global genomic datasets, demonstrating significant improvements in processing velocity and accuracy over traditional methods. The results display that the proposed framework holds ability in accelerating genome analysis and facilitating maximization precise predictions in genetic mapping based datasets.
