Abstract

One of the technologies that has seen the most adoption in the recent past across a number of applications is the Internet of Things. Without the need for any centralized management, the Internet of Things (IoT) allows customers, commercial machinery, processes, and billions of things to connect and share data with one another. Internet-connected smart devices (things) in our immediate environment are combined with RFIDs, a variety of sensors (including ambient and wearable), and the internet in IOT. As the amount of data that needs to be gathered, saved, and evaluated increases, a system that can carry out these tasks more efficiently is necessary. IoT and AI have emerged as far promising combination for better usage, storage, and the avoidance of uncertainty management in decision-making. The importance of AI in the IoT can boost the value of the many kinds of data sensed and gathered by IoT devices. The creation of goods and services that satisfy consumer expectations across a number of industries will be made possible by the proper use of this variety of data. Scaling these developments and adding artificial intelligence enable the next level of efficiency. Machine learning (ML) and cloud applications based on the IoT have a significant everyday influence. Without incorporating and enforcing machine learning, it would be incredibly difficult for intelligent devices to gradually make intelligent decisions. Additionally, it will cover potential problems with AI and machine learning for IoT data analytics. In this study, we want to highlight research problems and open questions while covering the most important uses of AI and ML in IoT applications. We want to find out how two new paradigms machine learning and artificial intelligence will affect the internet of things system going forward.
