This chapter presents key areas of smart living in Smart Cities. It focuses on three aspects: smart healthcare, home automation, and AI-assisted education. In the area of smart healthcare, the application of technologies such as AI, IoT, and telemedicine in prevention, health monitoring, and improving the accessibility of medical services—especially thanks to wearable devices and analytical systems – is discussed. Then, the chapter discusses the application of AI in smart homes. It describes modern systems for the control of heating, lighting, ventilation, security, and household appliances that adapt to meet users’ needs and save energy. Finally, the chapter presents the role of AI in education in Smart Cities.
