Abstract

This chapter focuses on the Matthews correlation coefficient (MCC). In addition to the Summary, there are three sections. Section 16.1 describes the MCC. Section 16.2 illustrates the calculation of the MCC using the mltools package. Section 16.3 provides some remarks on the MCC.
