Abstract

This chapter emphasises the need for diversity in research and proposes tips on how to increase the diversity in your team, from the recruitment stage to creating an inclusive environment. How to navigate challenges encountered when you are part of the diversity as a PI and how embracing this aspect can be helpful are also discussed.
