Nonlinear Skew-Lie Triple Derivations on ∗-algebra
Abstract
Let C denote the complex field, and let U be a unital ∗-algebra over C. This article demonstrates that if a (not necessarily linear) map Θ : U → U satisfies https://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> Θ ρ 1 , ρ 2 • , ρ 3 • = Θ ρ 1 , ρ 2 • , ρ 3 • + ρ 1 , Θ ρ 2 • , ρ 3 • + ρ 1 , ρ 2 • , Θ ρ 3 • for all ρ1, ρ2,ρ3 ∈ U, then Θ is additive. Additionally, Θ is a ∗-derivation if Θ(ie2) is self-adjoint. As application, we apply, our main results to some special classes of ∗-algebras.
