Measurements of Green Wearable Systems and Antennas

This chapter describes electromagnetics, microwave engineering, green wearable systems, and antenna measurements. The setups for microwave engineering measurements will be presented in this chapter. Measurement techniques for wearable antennas and RF medical systems in the vicinity of human body are presented in this chapter. Basic RF measurement theory is presented in [ 1 – 5 ] and also in this chapter. The measurements of S parameters are the first stage in electromagnetics, microwave engineering and antenna measurements. The maximum input and output measurements of communication system are presented in this chapter. Intermodulation measurements (IP2 and IP3) are also discussed in this chapter.
