Technical processes of pre-digital animation on the game's screen
Abstract
Generally speaking, and after a video game history that has been consolidating for almost seven decades, the public seems to have grown accustomed to an image of the medium dominated by the most popular and recognizable aspects of its digital aesthetic. An image, in this sense, that stems from both the simple, pixel-mesh graphics that dominated its first era and the three-dimensional (3D) graphics that currently dominate screens, overwhelming us with their baroque spectacle and high level of detail.
