Seats on the Shinkansen (Japan's bullet train) Divided into Two and Three Rows
Abstract
On the “Shinkansen” (Japan's bullet train), the seating is divided by an aisle: one side has two seats, and the other side has three. Although this arrangement isn't symmetrical, it actually works out quite well when traveling in groups. Regardless of the group size, it's possible to sit together neatly without leaving anyone alone.
