Abstract

This paper demonstrates how digital platforms and innovative teaching approaches enhance students’ fundamental interpersonal communication skills, critical thinking, and adaptability. Moroccan university students enhance their soft skills using digital educational platforms and contemporary teaching techniques. The approach allows students to acquire fundamental interpersonal communication skills, critical thinking, and adaptive thinking capacities. Digital platforms facilitate student collaboration in teamwork exercises and peer reviews to strengthen their interpersonal abilities. Collaborative learning produces important soft skills such as communication and problem-solving, which employers currently prioritize above all. Students who participate in these experiences acquire personal growth alongside essential employability skills needed for today’s job market while working together to solve realistic challenges.
