Decentralized voting system using ethereum blockchain
Abstract
This article proposes an Ethereum-based voting system that is safe, open, and impenetrable. Problems with traditional voting procedures include lack of transparency, central authority control, and vote manipulation. This project uses blockchain technology to guarantee voter privacy through Merkle Tree authentication, decentralized control, and real-time result verification. Additionally, the suggested system incorp rates Ganache for local testing, MetaMask, and a React-based interface. Our findings show that the method is both feasible and successful in maintaining election processes’ dependability and credibility.
