Abstract
Chapter 8 provides updates on the legal proceedings of the accidents discussed in our previous book up to 2010. Then, in chronological order, we present a discussion of accidents or serious incidents from 2010 to June 2025, along with an often extensive analysis of the criminal investigations and legal proceedings following those accidents. This highlights the increasing criminalization of individuals and aviation organizations, as well as the differing judicial approaches across various jurisdictions.
