Abstract

Nowadays, with rapid technological progress and growing environmental issues, integrating green technology into education has become essential. This study explores the integration of green technology in education to promote environmental awareness, sustainable practices, and technological literacy. By incorporating green practices into curricula, educational institutions aim to cultivate individuals with the skills to address environmental challenges. Green technology in education helps reduce carbon footprints, enhances resource efficiency, and fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary learning. Strengthening links between research institutions and communities is important to support a shift to eco-friendly, renewable technologies to address environmental degradation. Green technology offers a promising avenue to create a healthier, cleaner, and more sustainable world for future generations. Educational program evaluations increasingly focus on understanding the environment, and the sustainability of society, as well as planned training, teaching, and assessment approaches. It is becoming more important to motivate future generations through green awareness initiatives, allowing students to influence policies and decisions at their colleges and institutes. Implementation can take place through university resolutions, which promote development and promising prospects for future generations by bridging the gap between society and educational institutions.
