Abstract

The continuous miniaturization of electronic and mechanical systems has led to the emergence of two transformative technological domains: Microfluidic and Micro-Electromechanical Systems (MEMS) platforms. These technologies enable the development of compact, multifunctional devices capable of sensing, actuation, and fluid manipulation at micrometer and even nanometer scales [ 1–5 ]. As the demand for wearable sensors [ 6 ], biomedical diagnostics [ 7 ], precision actuators [ 8 ], and integrated microsystems grows rapidly, so does the need for high-performance materials and advanced microfabrication techniques [ 9 ].
